film faced plywood 

is an engineered building formwork material designed for high-strength concrete casting applications. Its surface is laminated with specially treated phenolic resin-impregnated films, providing exceptional durability, water resistance, and reusability.  

1. Structure & Composition  
- Core: Multi-layered hardwood veneers (eucalyptus, poplar, or pine) cross-laminated under high pressure. Core density ≥650 kg/m³.  
-Surface Film: Double-sided phenolic film (black/brown), 0.3–0.5mm thick, bonded at 140–160°C.  
- Edge Sealing: Waterproof paint or sealant prevents moisture ingress.  

2.Environmentally friendly,Corrosion resistant and it will not pollute the surface of concrete.
